Consultations

If you want to book an appointment with us for colour, but are unsure of what it is that you want done, please send us a few photographs of your hair. Make sure to include the following: The colours you already have, the condition of your hair, and a reference showcasing your desired end result.

Consultations are free via messages. However, we may need you to book a face-to-face consultation for us to assess your hair. This service will cost £15. If you have permanent colour on your hair and want to make it lighter, we may need to do a strand test in order to see how your hair will react.

Please note that if you book an appointment with us and haven’t read our policies, your deposit will be lost if we cannot do your hair on the day of your appointment.

Punctuality

Clients who are more than ten minutes late for their appointment will lose their deposit, and will need to book a new appointment. Please ensure that you arrive at the salon 5 minutes early for your appointment.

Cancellations

Cancellations have a significant impact on our business. Please familiarise yourself with our cancellation policies per service below:

Cuts and blow drys: We allow cancellations or reschedules up to 48 hours before your appointment.

Colouring/Keratin/Extensions: We allow cancellations or reschedules up to 72 hours before your appointment.

Please note that if you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48 or 72 hour period, your deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations, no shows or reschedules on the day of your appointment will result in 50% of the cost of your service being charged to your account.
